Introducing Lucie Joy: Pt. 2

So here are some photos I managed to nab on the night our new little niece Lucie was born. I was asleep on the floor and was woken up to cheers of "she's here!" around 3am...at which point I had to try and turn "document mode" on in my brain. Not that easy, but I was at least able to capture the moments! :)

Everyone was waiting around downstairs for the arrival.
We were all sending frequent updates out, via the cellular devices
Then we got the thumbs up....She was finally here :)
Everyone crowded tightly around, I found a table to sneak a peak from
Brian was the one to bring the good news. He was clearly ecstatic...
We coaxed Brian into sharing the wide-eyed bundle of love....
He was about as smitten as we've seen him...
He took her back up to Lindsey for a little family time
The meal for Lindsey followed close behind...
Luckily I was able to get just a few of just her before we left.

and there you have it! The new fam is having fun and little Lucie is as dainty and lady-like as could be. Hope you enjoyed! Congrats Brian and Lindsey!

Oh man! She's beautiful! What kind of camera was used? I've never seen Casa Crouse's color look so good...not even in real life!

Aye aye sis, it was my pleasure!

Nate used Canon 5D mk II dSLR camera with 50mm f/1.2L and 24-70mm f/2.8L lenses. Also shot the short video clip on previous lucie joy post with this camera.

I even wondered at first where the pics were taken!

I suppose you all were seeing through Aaron's lens the wonder and glory and awesomeness of a little love blossom unfolding and the beautiful atmosphere that enfolds those nearby.

Thanks Aaron for catching the moment.

We are all excited that daughter, granddaughter, niece and cousin, Lucie is here in her bundle of beauty and "joy".

Beautiful job as usual to my "photojournalist" son! Thank you! No more words needed since the pictures speak well for themselves.
